We went to a program called River Rangers where the kids got to learn about the animals that live in the Hudson River. I was surprised anything can survive in that mess. Jesh got to hold a hermit crab, but the best part was magnet fishing in this fake river.
The kids had the most fun though with the unscheduled part of our day. (Lesson from my summer.)
